  • Please confirm your booking with a deposit payment of 40% of the total price to be transferred to the following bank account:

    or by credit card requiring a "link to pay"

  • You can settle your bill in cash (up to € 5.000,00), by EC-card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
  • In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival day, no extra charge applies. In case of cancellation from 59 to 14 days before arrival day, we retain the right to keep the deposit payment. In case of cancellation after this period, no show or early departure, we will charge the total amount. We suggest to cover your reservation with a travel cancellation insurance, click here to do it through our website:  travel insurance 
  • The accommodation is available for you on arrival day after 3 p.m. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment until 10 a.m.
  • We hope you understand that animals are not allowed at our chalet.
  • We hope you understand that out of our commitment for nature, our chalet is a non-smoking house.
